What this does
Team Board is the manager's view of everyone's work in one place, laid out the same way as My Board but covering the whole team.
Before you begin
Team Board is visible to roles with workspace-wide task visibility (Administrators by default). Developers and Testers see only their own work on My Board.
What it shows per task
- Assignees — who's working on it.
- Status — where it is in the workflow.
- Understanding — whether it's been submitted, approved, needs clarification, or is outdated.
- Priority — Low, Medium, High, or Critical.
- Due state — on track, due soon, or overdue.
- QA — current QA state if the task requires QA.
- Release — which release it's linked to, if any.
Filtering to one project or person
- Open Team Board in the sidebar.
- Use the filter bar to narrow by project, assignee, priority, or release.
- Combine filters as needed — they apply together.
Why it's separate from My Board
My Board answers "what do I need to do." Team Board answers "where is the team's work, and what needs my attention as a manager" — clarification requests waiting on you, understanding not yet submitted, blocked tasks, and overdue work, all visible at a glance without opening each task individually.
What happens next
Selecting any card opens that task's detail page, where you can review understanding, check QA history, or change its status the same way as from My Board.
Common issues
The board looks empty after filtering. Check whether a project or assignee filter is still applied from a previous visit — filters persist until cleared.
