What this does

Covers signing in, recovering a forgotten password, and what a disabled account looks like from the outside.

Before you begin

You need an active BriefFlow account — see Getting Started if you haven't accepted your invitation yet.

  1. Go to /login.
  2. Enter the email and password your administrator set you up with (or that you chose when accepting your invitation).
  3. Select Sign in.

There's no public sign-up form — every account starts as an invitation.

The sign-in page — no public sign-up option exists by design.

Reset a forgotten password

  1. On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?
  2. Enter your account email and submit.
  3. Check your email for a reset link, then open it.
  4. Set a new password.
Enter your account email to receive a reset link.

Note

Nobody — including an administrator — can see or reset your password for you directly. This reset flow is the only way to regain access if you forget it.

What happens next

A successful sign-in takes you to your Dashboard. Your session stays active across visits until you sign out or an administrator disables your account. Signing out is available from the account menu in the top-right of the application.

Common issues

"Incorrect email or password." Double-check the email matches exactly what your invitation was sent to. If you're sure the password is right, use Forgot password? rather than retrying repeatedly.

"This account has been disabled." An administrator has disabled your account — for example, if you've left the team. Your history (past comments, understanding submissions, QA results) is preserved and still attributed to you, but you can't sign in. Contact your administrator if this is unexpected.
